To make a reservation, please call 505.341.3456. Reservations are not needed for the communal tubs. We recommend a week's lead time to book an appointment. Please have your credit card or Betty’s gift certificate number on hand to guarantee your reservation. To streamline our ability to make reservations, we do not take reservations via email.

Appointment Time

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to begin your transition. Communal tubs are included free of charge with all of our services, and we encourage you to soak before your treatment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hours notice.

Peace & Quiet

Betty’s team is fully focused on making you feel good with soothing treatments in a relaxing environment that rejuvenates the mind, body and soul. Achieving total relaxation requires an environment that is calm and peaceful—which is why “peace & quiet” is not only our mantra, it’s our official policy.

We provide a robe, sandals, lock & key as you transition into the quiet tranquility of Betty’s. We have shower gel, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, and blow dryers in the locker rooms. If you need a comb or other personal toiletries, please bring them along.

Cell Phones

Please turn off your cell phone to ensure a quiet and tranquil atmosphere for yourself as well as other clients. To ensure the comfort of all guests, use of cellphones in the locker rooms and hot tub areas is prohibited.

The Betty’s Experience

We ask that you arrive approximately 15 minutes before your treatment to allow for an easy transition from the hustle & bustle of life into your relaxation & enjoyment of all aspects of Betty’s. Communal tubs are included free of charge with all of our services, and we encourage you to soak during communal hours before your treatment. Hydration is an important aspect of wellness. While at Betty’s we offer filtered water, and decaffeinated herbal tea to maintain the proper level of hydration throughout your Betty’s time. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises; no exceptions. For your safety, we reserve the right to ask you to leave or refuse services if you appear intoxicated.

Wear whatever you wish to Betty’s to feel relaxed and comfortable. Upon arrival you will receive a robe, sandals, lock & locker key. For your treatment, you should undress to your comfort level, which may include wearing your undergarments. Most importantly, you should feel safe and comfortable during your time at Betty’s. Throughout your treatment, our therapists drape you with sheets and blankets to provide you with privacy at all times. For the hot tubs, suits are required during Co-Ed communal time in the West Tub. The East Tub is for women only; bathing suits are optional. Private Tubs are available by reservation and suits are optional during the
use of the private tub.

Tips For Waxing

Do not shave or wax for at least 2-3 weeks prior to your treatment. A quarter inch hair growth is optimal for a successful waxing for the bikini, leg, and underarm areas.

Check with your healthcare professional should you question the use of hot tubs, saunas or body treatments at Betty’s.

Minor Policy

Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Please help us maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for all of our guests.

If you must cancel your treatment, please be sure to give us 24-hour notice; otherwise, you will be charged full price for the treatment.

If you would like to show your appreciation for the quality of service provided by your therapist or esthetician, you may do so with cash or credit card when you pay for your service(s).
